Traditional Mat work is an integral part of the Pilates method. If you want to increase your core strength, tone your body, increase your flexibility, gain better posture and develop your mind-body connection than a Pilates mat class is the place to be.
Our group classes are limited to 8 people per class and offer a complete workout that is based on the same fundamental principals as our reformer classes.
