Ladies and Gents, it is that special time of year again! We are closing on the middle of August and the air is filled with a curious mixture of Vegas Heat, Excitement, and DREAD! Yep, smells like Back-to School; the excitement of a new school year, new school clothes and amazing new teachers and friends.
Once you make it through the hectic practice of getting the kids back into school its time for you to Get Back on Track Too!
A Body in Balance, Pilates Studio is running our annual Back To School Bootcamp for four weeks beginning on Monday September 11th.

Schedule your Free Success Session.
Success Sessions will be scheduled by appointment from Monday August 14th through Friday September 8th.
In your Success Session, you will fill out our client intake form, we will cover your goals and any special conditions you may have, and then we will do a short workout designed to introduce you to the Pilates reformer equipment. We will cover safety and lead you through some of the fundamental exercises you will encounter in classes. This will be a one hour session.

Our friendly front desk staff will help you get signed up for classes. You may sign up for 2 or 3 classes per week in the class times shown below. Class reservations are first come first serve. We limit our classes to 6 people to ensure the quality of your workout.
