Weekly Video: Teaser 1 on the Cadillac

This week Pilates teacher Kerry Margolin demonstrates Teaser 1 w/ball on the Cadillac. In this exercise we are working the upper back (back extensors) and the abdominals, and our goals are to develop ab strength, back extensor strength, control of the hip flexors and stabilization of the trunk.
